Joan Jayaseelan

Founder & Correspondent
Joan is the Managing Trustee of KOKIL EDUCATIONAL TRUST. She is a seasoned academician and have worked as Assistant Professor in management institutes. She also has industrial experience in the field of HRM in IT/ITES/Non-IT sector. She is also a PhD scholar from National Institute of Technology (NIT-T) and an accomplished Consultant / Trainer/ Academician. She is experienced in recruitment, training and development, developing performance management system, developing employee welfare programs, employee grievance handling, developing and implementing disciplinary policies, conducting exit interview, final settlement of employees, business transformation process and change management. She also has experience in school administration and management.

Additionally, she is the owner of “Experte Consulting,” a research and management consulting company with a focus on social science and human resources, educational research initiatives, and market research. The firm also conducts many training programs for students, teachers and faculty from colleges in the areas of soft skills, employability skills and placement trainings.

She is also an experienced trainer, having completed more than 50 training courses. Her clients include government employees, business executives, teachers, academics, police officers, nurses, and students. In addition, she has extensive experience writing research in the fields of psychology, social sciences, English literature, management studies, and research consulting.

Agnes Roshini

Academic Consultant
Agnes Roshini is an accomplished professional with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree and over 10 years of experience in the field. She currently works as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Entrepreneurship at MSSW (Madras School of Social Work), where she imparts her knowledge and expertise to students in areas such as social entrepreneurship education, sustainable environmental practices, team building, facilitating the learning process, design thinking, and project management.

Agnes also possesses seven years of experience in alternative education, utilizing the Quad Seek Methodology. This holistic approach to education emphasizes experiential, project-based, and community-centered learning. She has applied this methodology in both rural and urban settings, working towards providing a comprehensive education that goes beyond traditional academic boundaries.

Throughout her career, Agnes has served as an academic coordinator in a core team responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating tasks related to training, research, facilitation, and mentoring for school children. She has collaborated with various educational institutions in Tamil Nadu and Gujarat, contributing to the design and implementation of educational programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing students’ learning experiences and promoting holistic development.
